Jeff Vibbert Broker Associate

Jeff is a life long resident of Cumberland County, raised in the small town of Marrowbone and currently living only 7 miles from his boyhood home.  Jeff graduated from Cumberland County High School in 1976 and attended the University of Kentucky, graduating in 1980 with a degree in biology.

After graduating from college Jeff returned to Marrowbone and began his career as the owner/operator of his families sawmill.  Jeff operated the sawmill for 38 years, selling it just a few years ago.  Also after graduation Jeff married his high school sweetheart Cindy. Jeff and Cindy have been married for 41 years. They have one daughter, Bethany, and she has blessed Jeff and Cindy with two grandchildren, Grayson and Henry. Cindy owned and operated the Country Peddler in Burkesville for 27 years.

30 years ago Jeff began his career in real estate, working for two years with the Century 21 office in Glasgow and then opening his own Century 21 franchise in Burkesville.  When Jeff opened his local office Burkesville was the smallest town in America with a Century 21 franchise.  Through the years Jeff and his agents sold millions and millions of dollars worth of property in Cumberland and the surrounding counties.

Jeff has always been an active member in the community, formerly serving as a Director for the Bank of Cumberland and the local branches of Union Planters Bank and First and Farmers National Bank.  Through the years Jeff has also served on the boards of The Cumberland Valley Manor, the Cumberland County Industrial Development Corporation, and the Marrowbone Cemetery.  Jeff is currently the vice-chairman of the Citizens Bank of Cumberland County High School Athletic Hall of Fame and serves on the Board of Directors of the Cumberland County Hospital.
