Allen Sewell Agent

Allen Sewell is new to the United Country team, but not new to the Real Estate world. Prior to joining United Country, Allen was previously employed as Vice-President of Citizens Bank, serving Cumberland County and surrounding areas. During his 20 year tenure in the banking industry, he has acquired a vast knowledge of real-estate lending, helping many of you with your new home purchase, investment property, farm land, hunting tracts or simply that vacation home located around our beautiful Dale Hollow Lake and the Cumberland River.

In 2006, Allen graduated from Kentucky Banking Association and in 2008, he graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Real Estate Degree. In 2010, he pursued a degree from WKU in Business Administration and most recently, he graduated from Graduate School of Banking in Colorado in 2017. 

Allen was born and raised in Cumberland County, where he is proud to call home. He currently resides there with his wife Kassie, and children, Briley, Kynlee, and Avery Kate. He enjoys all that this small town atmosphere has to offer from the Cumberland River to Dale Hollow Lake. The outdoors are simply his favorite place to be and he is excited to show others all that this area has to offer. 

Business and serving people have always been Allen’s passion. Along with being a licensed real estate agent, he is also a licensed agent for Transamerica, focusing on Life Insurance and annuities for retirement.  

Throughout his banking career, he has developed many contacts and relationships that can be extremely helpful when it comes to financing his client’s dreams. Building relationships and serving the people in this area is top priority for Allen. He wants all of his clients and customers to find their ideal property or next investment, and he will help them with all their real estate needs from start to finish.

Ryan Brown Agent

Ryan Brown is a real estate agent with 2 years of experience specializing in country homes, farm land, lake property, and timberland in South Central Kentucky. He was awarded the Pinnacle Club Award in 2022 for his sales achievements. Ryan is originally from Monroe County, Kentucky, but currently resides on his farm in Burkesville with his wife, Hope, and their two sons, Rowdy and Ryler. Outside of work, Ryan and his family enjoy spending time on their farm, raising beef cattle, riding horses, hunting, fishing, and enjoying the beauty of Dale Hollow Lake. In addition to real estate, Ryan is also employed at James Ritter Lumber, where he has worked since before graduating high school from Monroe County.
